ReplyDeleteI worked out on Saturday and am taking the kids swimming today at the indoor pool. (Miller kids coming as well so Jenn can work out!) Annie is doing the President's Council on physical fitness program at school and has to do some physical fitness for 60 minutes per day (she gets 30 at school each day) so we are tracking that as well. This will be an added bonus to my "activity" plan! :o)
